Job Title: Senior Audit & Accounts Manager
Job Type: Permanent, full-time
Salary: Up to GBP50,000pa, plus excellent benefits
Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent
My Client, a driven, respectable Accountancy Practice is looking to recruit a Senior Audit & Accounts Manager to join their team in their Kent office. They are an organisation looking to grow, hence they're looking to attract the very best people in the local area. If you're a qualified ACA/ACCA Senior Audit & Account Manager/Supervisor and have at least 5 years PQE, then this is the role you should consider.
Proven experience of large and smaller listed co audits and accounts is required along with running teams involved in the fieldwork. It is also highly beneficial if you have a workable knowledge of tax.
Your day to day duties consists of managing as well as developing yourself, your teams and others, whilst developing your knowledge of Clients and their businesses so as to become their first point of contact on day-to-day matters. They're looking for an incredible leader that is able to monitor and delegate various tasks to their peers effectively and efficiently. You will be required to provide feedback and training as and when necessary and always complete the necessary appraisals.
For you to be successful at this role you will have excellent communication skills, ability to work on own initiative, be confident, ambitious and have the ability to cope in a faced paced environment, delivering work to agreed time scales. You will also have the capability to handle multiple and diverse projects simultaneously. Apart from that, you will have a strong presence, be resilient and energetic and enjoy working within the finance industry.
There is also the incredible potential for you progress to partnership within the next couple of years!
