This well established national company are seeking a bright, enthusiastic Accounts Payable Assistant to join their finance team based in the Oxford office. The successful candidate will have opportunities to further develop their financial skills and work within a busy and challenging accounts payable department.

Responsibilities include:

* Inputting invoices
* Matching, batching and coding invoices
* High volumes of payment processing
* Responding to supplier queries via phone and email
* Vendor management
* Filing and scanning

To be considered for this role:

* You must have excellent communication skills
* Strong team work ethic as you will be supporting other members of the team
* Great organisation and computer skills
* Ability to increasingly work on your own initiative after training
* You ideally should have accounts payable experience or some experience working within a finance department.
