Do you have a passion for customer service?
Our client is a hardware service specialist involving a wide range of digital products such as Smartphones, Tablets and laptops. They offer a comprehensive portfolio of services to insurance companies, corporate businesses, educational establishments and private owners for the purposes of repair and supply services.
A key area involved in this process is keeping the customer at the heart of everything they do and to do this you need to be good at building strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing the solutions on offer to keep them happy and provide the support required.
What do you need to be successful?
You’ll need previous or existing experience in this area including call handling / excellent communication and administration skills. A background in the insurance industry would be beneficial and general understanding of IT sector would be helpful but not essential.
