Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Stockport, Cheshire
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Dependent on Experience)

The Talent Acquisition Specialist Role:
Are you enthusiastic about recruiting high performing talent with an understanding of the Technology market? Working within the HR Team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist role will involve:

• Proactively sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn, Job Sites and Referrals
• Sift through and correspond with direct applicants
• Conducting telephone interviews to qualify candidates and sell the opportunity
• Creating job descriptions and adverts and publishing to get the most effective response
• Liaising with Heads of Department to gain a more detailed understanding of roles and requirements
• Work to the recruitment budget and forecast ensuring quality is maintained at all levels
• Headhunt passive candidates
• Building a talent database of candidates to meet the recruitment forecast
• Provide recommendations on recruitment strategy

Skills & Experience Required:

• A strong background in recruitment either agency or internal
• An understanding of Technology skill sets
• Be proactive and driven
• Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the Employer Brand and be able to sell opportunities to potential candidates
• A strong communicator at all levels
• Be organised and be able to manage time effectively
