Carpenter / Joiner / Conservatory Installer

Installations Team
Location: Slough, Berkshire
Salary: £28,000, overtime available, bonuses for weekend working Accommodation and subsistence will be provided when working away.
Contract: Full Time, permanent.

An experienced skilled individual is required to work as part of a 2 person team installing composite decking, porcelain paving and veranda's/garden rooms throughout the UK.

Key Requirements:

- Qualified joiner/carpenter (or conservatory installer)
- Construction site experience
- When needed, happy to work away from home on week days only
- Full, clean driving licence
- Able to work off project plans/drawings
- Man management experience
- Good communication skills

Main Duties, Responsibilities and Objectives of the Role

- Undertake quality installation for their products at customers properties - Timbertech composite decking, Prima porcelain paving and Sunspaces veranda's and garden rooms.
- Represent the company competently at all times with good customer liaison skills
- Excellent eye for detail on all aspects of installation project
- Ability to effectively manage company resources (work SMART) on site to achieve efficient project completion - "get it right 1st time every time"
- Comfortable working outdoors at all times of the year
- Happy to be a "hands-on" Team Leader

Candidates should be in easy commute from Slough, Reading, Camberley or North London. Working week is Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.00 (37.5 hours per week). 25 days annual holiday plus bank holidays.
