Sales and Account Executive based in Bristol, offering a salary of up to £30k dependent on experience, with company car, mobile phone and commission.
The Company provides Road Sweeper Hire, Vacuum Jetting Tankers and Compact Footpath Sweepers for hire.
They are looking for a motivated individual with excellent sales and customer service skills to join their expanding, fast paced team to provide ongoing strategic business development to achieve overall growth targets.
Main duties:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from generating initial leads to negotiating terms and closing sales.
- Develop and maintain sales plans which focus your time and efforts on achieving the Company's sales targets and overall business goals.
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and create long term partnerships.
- Gather Market and client information and provide feedback on buying trends anticipating any new tender opportunities.
- Provide professional after-sales support to maintain strong client loyalty.
- Keep good records of sales and data.
Candidate requirements:
- Hungry, highly motivated, self-starter who enjoys the challenge of business development and a degree of independence.
- Proven experience in a sales/customer service role with an outstanding track record in new business development.
- Ideally, experience in Drainage, Construction, Waste or Hire industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Good knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, CRM Software.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about their work.
