Position: Compliance Monitoring Manager - Asset Management
Location: London
Job Type: 6 Months
Salary: £400 - £550 per day
Our company client is a reputable business who is actively looking to appoint a dynamic Compliance Monitoring Manager - Asset Management for their team located in London City. This is a unique opportunity to join a widely respected brand in a period of fast paced change.
Key duties will involve:
* Day to day oversight of the Daily Monitoring team to ensure daily activities are completed accurately and on time.
* Carrying out a risk based compliance monitoring programme
* Assist in the response to any reasonable request for information made by the FCA,SEC, or any other relevant regulatory authority
* Assisting other compliance units were appropriate
Essential experience required:
* Have a good knowledge of FCA rules and regulations
* Maintains up-to-date knowledge of relevant equity and fixed income practices and dealing procedures
* Maintains up-to-date knowledge of best compliance/regulatory practice.
* Have good working experience in a compliance function of an asset management company
