One of the UK's foremost organic retailers is looking to strengthen the team at its Stratford store with the appointment of an Advisor specialising in the natural remedies sector.

The Role
The company's stores have several dedicated areas of speciality including organic food, skincare and natural remedies. As a Sales Advisor this role will focus on the latter offering customers a range of advice and services in areas such as supplements, skincare and natural beauty products. You will be an integral part of achieving the company's aim of delivering first class customer service to back up a high quality product range.

The Candidate
You must have experience in nutrition ideally gained from a similar retail environment although consideration will be given to individuals who have gained this knowledge from alternative environments. It would help too if you had knowledge of VMS and herbal remedies coupled with the ability to pass this knowledge on in a confident fashion to a range of customers.

You must be able to demonstrate a real passion and a clear knowledge and application of the fundamental basics of high retail standards. You will be a versatile individual with a positive and enthusiastic attitude plus excellent organisational skills and multi-tasking ability.
