Employability Personal Development Coach
18.5 hours per week / 52 weeks per year
£19,560 - £20,749 / £21,373 - £22,677 per annum pro rata (Actual salary £9,780 - £10,374.50 / £10,686.50 - £11,338.50 per annum)
We require an Employability Personal Development Coach at our Kettering campus, to contribute towards the reviewing, planning, preparation and delivery of agreed programmes of group and individual tutorials with the nominated school in collaboration with the Director of Customer Services and other members of the College.

Overview of the post:
You will be responsible for supporting all learners to ensure attendance, retention, attainment, achievement and progression targets. You will also be responsible for leading, developing and supporting learners through pastoral care, group tutorial and enrichment activities.
The successful candidate will have a good all round level of education to include Maths and English to GCSE (Grade A - C) or equivalent level (level 2). You should also hold a Degree level qualification or a relevant vocational equivalent.
