Job Title: Shop Manager (1 position) / Assistant Shop Manager (1 position)

Location: Malmesbury, Wilshire

Salary: Shop Manager - £16,185.00 per annum / Assistant Shop Manager - £14,235.00 per annum pro rata

Hours:

Shop Manager: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days - to include Saturdays

Assistant Shop Manager: 16 hours per week including Saturdays (part-time)

Their Malmesbury Shop is situated to the rear of the High Street. They stock an excellent range of clothing and bric-a-brac and always have fashionable women's, men's and children's wear in abundance. You'll maximise sales, control expenditure and manage a team, who'll look to you for leadership and guidance. Under your management, both paid staff and volunteers will get the training they need.

Assistant Shop Manager

As Assistant Shop Manager, you'll help to create a well-presented shop where customers get great service. It's a really varied, hands-on role, offering invaluable support to the manager, as you maximise sales, control expenditure and handle and merchandise stock as part of a dedicated team.

Retail experience is essential, combined with the commercial awareness to deliver sales. You'll have a positive attitude and a natural intuition to keep up with the busy and competitive retail market place. A basic understanding of financial and IT admin is also essential.
