The Client:
Our client is a leading UK facilities support company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A maintenance operative based in Warrington or the surrounding areas is required to cover planned and reactive maintenance on our clients sites in the North West. The successful candidate will work across multiple locations providing services covering a variety of disciplines.
Candidate Requirements:
The successful candidate will be a qualified joiner, with the ability to work across a variety of disciplines, including plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and painting. It is preferred that you hold a background in reactive building maintenance although this is not essential. You will need to be flexible and professional in your approach with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Coming into daily contact with clients requires this individual to possess good communication and customer service skills. You will also need to hold a full UK / EU driving licence due to the requirement to travel between sites (company van provided).
The successful candidate will be required to undergo DBS disclosure due to the nature of some of our clients sites, and their appointment will not commence until satisfactory clearance has been received.
Working hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm
Salary negotiable based on experience and skill set
