Leatherhead, Surrey (office/field based, covering London and the South East) 
£25,000 Plus 23 Days’ Holiday, Pension, Expenses, Mileage, 2 Weeks’ Paid Training Per Annum

As a Support Engineer, you’ll be tasked with delivering ‘hands-on’ technical support throughout London and the South East.

Think you’re up to the challenge? To join the team, you must have the following: 

- Excellent general troubleshooting skills and experience as a customer-facing support engineer and/or analyst 
- Support experience with Microsoft server and desktop operating systems 
- The ability to troubleshoot wired and wireless networks 
- Experience of network security hardware and software including firewalls and anti-virus systems 
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle 

As a Support Engineer, you must have a strong customer-focus and a logical approach to problem-solving. Excellent prioritisation and planning skills are also key. 

Server and SAN experience would be beneficial to your application. Ideally, you’ll have also completed further education, or will be interested in doing so. 

Due to the requirements of this role, you must live within a commutable distance of Leatherhead where the company is headquartered.
