Our client is looking for a Senior Housing Officer who has the skills and behaviours that will create a safe and secure environment for their customers and visitors.

Hours: 39 hours per week (Flexible 7 day Rota)

This service is the organisation's new supported housing service in Dudley Borough. It is a brand new building that offers accommodation and communal facilities - gym, IT suite, meeting rooms and allotment space. As well as housing their customers, this building will provide opportunities for the local community to benefit.
You will be working to provide a high quality housing management service that gives our client's customers the best chance of success. Managing rent arrears and anti-social behaviour are a key part of this role. You will be expected to do this robustly but with humanity and creativity. If you are target focused and enjoy the challenge of problem solving this could be an opportunity for you.
The successful candidate will be expected to work to a rota where shifts are 4 days on and 4 days off. The shift work includes evenings and weekends.
