Customer Service Advisor, Didsbury Contact Centre
We’re looking for Customer Service Advisors to work in our John Lewis Contact Centre in Didsbury, Manchester. If you’re resilient and enjoy the variety of dealing with different people, this could be a great role for you.
PC skills are essential and you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment that requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as the motivation to achieve targets. Join us and you’ll be part of a dedicated team that makes sure every caller gets world-class customer service.
We offer an hourly pay rate from £8.27 per hour. This is equivalent to a starting annual salary of £15,642. In addition to this we offer an attractive benefits package.
We have various full time working patterns available, up to 36.25 hours per week. Variable shift patterns will include rotational evenings until 9pm as well as weekend working. Shifts will be notified four weeks in advance.
