Recruit4Talent are a privately owned business but part of a multi-national recruitment company who turnover £650M. Established in 2011, our business has grown from strength to strength, operating in various vertical markets. We currently are a team and looking for an experienced senior Sales and Marketing Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Edgbaston, Birmingham, 10 minutes walk from Five Ways train station. We have just moved into state of the art offices and are looking to expand our team of 6 with an experienced recruitment consultant, ideally with Sales & Marketing experience.

Job Description

The position of Sales and Marketing Recruitment Consultant would suit someone with:

  • A proven track record in recruitment.
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing would be ideal but we will also consider other disciplines such as HR, Engineering, Construction & Property or IT would be ideal but not essential
  • B2B commercial sales experience selling at a senior level.
  • Experience of building relationships and products to suit client needs.
  • Experience of handling a multi-faceted sales environment and working in a structured environment

This role will suit a highly motivated self starter who relishes the opportunity to work in a fast paced dynamic recruitment environment. Joining a team of experienced recruitment consultants, you will be responsible for developing and building your client base in order to achieve business goals although there is a well established database of clients. Your approach will be one that encourages long term relationship building, fostering repeat business and working closely with client's year on year to assist them with their recruitment needs.

The Candidate

Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate extensive experience in recruitment with a proven track record of achievements against targets. Have a high level of personal drive and be willing to do what it takes to ensure the highest standards are maintained.

  • Essential previous recruitment experience of Permanent or Interim contracts
  • Full 360 experience is essential
  • Experience of winning new B2B sales opportunities over the phone and face to face.
  • Proven ability to conduct business in a consultative manner with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ideally experience of helping win or being awarded PSL status is advantageous.
  • Support in scoping and costing existing and new client projects and proposals.
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft office suite is essential.
  • Ideally educated to degree level.
  • Opportunity to grow your desk and ultimately manage / team lead your team
  • Building on existing client relationships to help extend and identify further opportunities within their business.
  • Effectively planning project delivery in terms of resources, costs and timelines
  • Tracking and management of client requirements in line with resource requirements.
  • Maximising profit opportunities through delivery efficiencies and cost control.
