Project Manager - Flood Management Solutions
Office & Field Based (UK wide with occasional overseas travel)
Up to £50,000 DOE Plus Bonus, Car Allowance, Mobile, Laptop

Are you a PRINCE2 accredited project management professional seeking your next challenge? Looking to realise your ambitions with a business that demonstrates passion and credibility in their field? If so, our client wants to hear from you.

Our client is recruiting on behalf of an independent flood management solution firm. Due to exciting expansion plans, they are now looking for a Project Manager to join their team.

In this new role within the business, you’ll play a critical part in the firm’s development, particularly with insurers, the government and major landowners. You’ll have the chance to network with senior decision makers such as standards bodies and industry associations.

What’s more, for the right candidate, there will be the opportunity to progress into a senior management or board level position in the future.

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee a range of single and multi-site flood management projects, ensuring that customers receive a first class service.

Liaising with partners, manufacturers, customers and installers, you’ll establish and manage project management processes and procedures.

You’ll promote a strong H&S culture, manage costing, margins, materials and resources and work with Surveyors to interpret site surveys and reports.

Additionally, you’ll provide input into the company’s growth strategy, identify new business and report to the Board of Directors as required.

To be considered, you must have:

- Experience of managing large, complex projects within construction and/or civil engineering
- Skills in project management software
- A PRINCE2 accreditation
- At a minimum, A Levels (or equivalent)
- A full, valid driving licence

Results-driven and articulate, as a Project Manager, you must be a lateral thinker who can problem-solve under pressure. You’ll work with the highest levels of integrity and must also have a strong focus on continuous improvement.

A qualification or part qualification in engineering, construction or a related discipline would be an advantage.

Due to the travel requirements of this role, candidates will ideally live within a commutable distance of Oxfordshire.
