The Company:
Our client is a well-established company in the aquatics industry with international operations.

Main duties:
To be responsible for the day to day customer care, sales administration and team coordination

The Role:
- To deal with enquiries on the daily basis via email or over the phone
- To build and maintain outstanding relationships with clients and other partners
- To process enquires, orders and quotations in the system
- To follow up on the process and deliveries
- To communicate effectively with other internal departments
- To attend events and trade shows occasionally

The candidate:
- Fluent in German in addition to English (Written and spoken)
- Knowledge of another European language advantageous
- Previous experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
