The Company:
Our client is a well-established Multinational Company providing services to well-known clients in the Tech, Media and eCommerce Sector.

Main duties:
To be in charge of the day-to-day sales administration within a busy team and to ensure the highest standard of customer support for English and French speaking clients.

The Role:
- To provide an excellent level of Customer Services at all times.
- To provide extensive pricing and quotation support for Inside and Field Sales Representatives.
- To acquire an excellent level of knowledge about the products and services.
- To manage and process deliveries.
- To keep and build good relationships with clients and understand their needs
- To liaise with Sales, Finance and other departments.
- To work as part of a long-term established compact team and report to the Manager.
- To exceed the expectations accomplishing additional duties.
- To update client details accurately on the system.

The Candidate:
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Fluent French (written and spoken)
- Curious about technology / Tech savvy
- Previous experience in B2B customer services / sales administration / Telemarketing / Inside Sales
- Good attention to details
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate (Experience with Mac would be advantageous)
- Previous experience in ERP and CRM.
