Pharmacy Technician (Accuracy Checking)

Salary: Band 5 £21,909 - £28,462 pa - (Accuracy checking Pharmacy Technician)

Hours: f/t 37.5 pw

We are seeking Registered Pharmacy Technicians to be part of our Pharmacy team based within the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, Essex.

In these roles you will be responsible for providing an accurate and efficient service in the pharmacy dispensary and on wards including supporting the dispensing of outpatient prescriptions. We would expect applicants to be highly motivated and responsible individuals with a passion for customer service and team work.

You will need to be a Pharmacy Technician registered with the GPhC with experience of outpatient dispensing and medicines reconciliation at ward level. You will also be required to have two years post qualification experience and have achieved a Regional Checking Accreditation.

General pattern of work to be 9am - 5pm and will include some late standby shifts, weekend and bank holiday working.
