Advocacy Support Worker
Fixed term, part time (18.5 hours per week)
JNC 7-10, Salary £18,267 - £20,269 pro rata

This is an exciting new role within Rutland as the lead for the ‘voice' of all children and especially our children and young people looked after and leaving care. Knowledge and experience of working with lots of services and the ability to support children and young people from a diverse range of backgrounds is an advantage. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills with both young people and adults and the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service. Evening and weekend work is required.
