Membership Sales Consultant -Mansfield
DW Sports Fitness are looking for a passionate Membership Sales Consultant to join one of the largest Health & Fitness Club operators in the UK.
Are you a target driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have previous experience working within the Health and Fitness industry or are you a current gym member with Sales experience looking for a new career challenge?
You will be proactive, have a strong personality and not need to be micro-managed. We want ambitious candidates who will strive to hit monthly targets by putting in the hours and working as required to be successful.
As our Membership Sales Consultant you will:
- Exceed monthly sales targets set and receive a monthly bonus!
- Focus on weekly new lead generation against set KPI's in order to increase membership sales
- Work to Daily/Weekly KPI's including telephone calls, appointments and prospect follow up
- Work with your General Manager to implement your monthly sales plan
- Handle all incoming membership enquiries both face to face and over the phone
- Implement all national promotions at club level
- Carry out and adhere to all DW Sports Fitness sales processes & procedures
- Complete monthly competitor analysis and be aware of the local market
- Create relationships with local businesses and organisations to promote the DW brand
40 hours over 5 days
The successful candidate will be self motivated, flexible in their working hours and be an enthusiastic team player.
Salary: Up to GBP15, 000 per annum
With this role comes the opportunity to earn up to GBP2,400 per annum in bonuses upon achievement of targets.
