My client is one of the largest facility service providers in the UK. They provide numerous services within the facility management arena such as cleaning, security, property, catering and support services, using either a single service, multi service or integrated delivery. They possess a recognised and reputable brand.
Due to sustained growth they are looking to recruit a further Bid Executive to complement their existing team working from either their Birmingham, London or Stoke offices.
You will work closely with the Sales and Development Directors and other UK Sales Directors and be part of the team responsible for creating exciting and innovative tender documents in order to facilitate winning bids; wholly focused on the client from initial bid qualification stage, through to contract award.
This is an all-encompassing role as you will be responsible for bid governance which will not only include full compliance with regards to business policies and processes but manage stakeholders expectations, create feasibility case studies, business analysis and work alongside international colleagues on global bids ensuring their contribution to projects is submitted correctly and on time.
This role may require the post holder to occasionally travel between offices and client sites within the UK.
To apply you MUST have held a Bid Executive role previously but the industry is not as critical just a flexible approach to work in a demanding sales environment. You will preferably have experience in Word and PowerPoint and intermediate experience in Excel and InDesign.
In return you will receive a basic salary of up to GBP45,000 basic plus a 15% bonus and corporate benefits package
