Telesales Team Leader - Telecommunications B2B - Wakefield - Salary up to GBP28k + Commission (OTE GBP35k - GBP40k) 20 Days Holidays increasing with service to a maximum of 25, Contributory Pension Scheme
Our client is a well-established Telecommunications company based in the Wakefield area. They are currently recruiting a Telesales Team Leader to oversee a small team of Telemarketers and assist in generating new business and booking appointments. We are ideally looking for a candidate with strong telesales experience within the telecommunications industry, who has ability to motivate and drive your team to hit sales targets.
As the Telesales Team Leader, you will be managing a team of telemarketers responsible for generating and booking appointments with potential clients. You will be self-motivated and work well in a target driven environment. Duties to include:
* Contacting companies over the phone to arrange meetings for sales consultants
* Maintaining a targeted database, researching and campaigning to add new potential clients
* Contacting companies over the phone to arrange appointments for sales consultants
* Creating digital marketing campaigns to generate new business leads for your team
* Working towards own KPIs and Sales targets
* Conducting one to ones, coaching, and conducting performance reviews with your team
* Setting targets and upholding the expectations set upon the team as a whole.
* Drive performance and motivate staff to achieve KPIs
* Recognise & reward success
* Building working strong relationships with Sales Consultants and Telesales team
Job Requirements
* Experience within Telecommunications or the IT sector is essential
* Strong sales background essential
* Previous experience managing a team would be a distinct advantage
* Experience creating digital marketing campaigns
* Genuine desire to succeed and progress within a sales career
* High level of professionalism
* Self-motivated
* Proactive worker
* Advanced communication skills
* Target driven
* Educated to a minimum of GCSE level (including Maths and English at a Grade C or above)
