A leading company based in Stoke on Trent require a data analyst to join their rapidly growing team due to an increase in work load.
The role will be supporting the customer service and merchandising teams, duties to include:
-Setting up of reports on Excel
-Analysis of data
-Problem solving and forward planning
-Dealing with incoming calls from Field Managers and Contractors
-Finding any anomalies in data reports
-Reporting data findings to the Senior management team
The ideal candidate will have previous commercial office experience and must have Advanced Excel - V Look Ups, Pivot Tables are essential for this role.
