Circa GBP40,000 - GBP45,000
We are working with a leading business in the Spalding area who are recruiting for Category Marketing Manager to undertake the role of managing a minimum of 3 key retail accounts and a range of product areas.
The Candidate must have:
o Degree level qualification /equivalent or specific category marketing management experience of a minimum of three years
o Accomplished lead role for at least one of the top grocery retailers
o Experience of both B2B and B2C marketing plan development, negotiation and delivery
o Relevant business knowledge to the sector in developing a role as the 'go to' person for leading category intelligence
o Wide knowledge and appreciation of the retail market place
o Practical understanding of retailer information / data management systems
o Project Management experience and delivery, coupled with strong planning and organisational skills
o Proficiency in advising managers at all levels on complex and sensitive business matters
o Experience of brand marketing
o Category specific knowledge
