Customer Service Supervisor - GBP22,000 - Eastleigh
We are currently looking for an experienced supervisor who is able to use their own initiative to manage a team of customer service advisors.
Responsibilities
?? Lead and take responsibility for a team
?? Inspire colleagues to provide excellent customer service
?? Ensure emails are responded to within time deadlines
?? Ensure all internal targets are met
?? Raise purchase orders when necessary
Desirable Qualities
?? Great communication skills and telephone manner
?? Solution-led attitude
?? 2 years experience in a supervisory position
?? Facilities management experience
?? 5 GCSEs grade A*-C
