SHIFT SUPERVISOR BACKSHIFT - PONTEFRACT

GBP18K PA +Overtime

We are currently recruiting for an onsite Shift Supervisor backshift working 2pm - 10pm, Rotating Sunday - Thursday and Monday to Friday for our site in Pontefract. You will have previous recruitment / resource and administration experience and be able to demonstrate management / supervisory experience of shop floor staff for high volumes of temporary workers.

* Distribution and recruitment Supervisor with previous Supervisory and man management experience
* Strong communication skills & confidence to deliver team briefs,
* Liaising with workforce & management
* Strong organisational skills are essential
* Computer skills - Web based & Excel
* Planning & managing workload & labour deployment
* Managing & Motivating the workforce
* Daily liaison with Team Leaders & Managers
* Attending management meetings
* Training & development of new starters
* Production of accurate & daily MI
* Immediate start available
