Spanish Speaking Sales Representative
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08.00 am - 17.00 pm
Salary: Competitive basic plus attractive bonus scheme

Key Responsibilities:
* No cold calling involved! - Calls to existing clients
* Supporting clients with the renewals of their business
* Providing excellent customer service
* Maximize subscriptions
* Maintenance and support revenue
* Improve customer retention and increase business predictability and insight
* Improving customer retention and renewal based sales
* Research into accounts, generating leads
* Generating quotations
* Generate weekly reports
* Processing orders and handling general enquiries and product advice
* Cross selling
* Working to targets
The successful candidate will be:
* Fluent in and English and Spanish
* Good spoken and written communication skills
* Reliable with excellent time management skills
* Motivated and target driven - to meet, and strive to exceed targets and expectations set
* Confident with using computers
* Some experience within a sales environment
