Sous Chef required for a Fresh Food Pub in the Newcastle area. This Pub is serving classic pub dishes using fresh ingredients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef.
The role
As Sous chef you will support the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, you will ensure the pass runs smoothly, the prep is done and the standards are met. This role will include all of the normal Sous Chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a Sous Chef with current experience as a Sous Chef or a Junior Sous Chef looking for a step up. This role is ideal for a Junior Sous chef who is looking for more responsibility.
Position: Sous Chef
Salary: up to GBP22,000
Location: Newcastle area
