Senior Account Manager (Digital), Sevenoaks - circa GBP40,000 + benefits


A leading Creative Marketing Agency are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their growing team. They have what can only be described as an enviable client-list of both global and national brands across retail, entertainment and charity sectors.

As the team expands as their offering grows a new opening has surfaced for a Senior Account Manager. The role will see you working across a whole range of digitally focussed projects for a variety of clients. The role will be fast paced and you will be the central point of contact for all client activity, you will have the support of an exceptional team structure and the full use of the agencies technical, creative and delivery teams. You will work closely with the client from initial strategy and through the delivery process as well as on-going changes and improvements, the account has plenty of room for growth and as such needs someone strategic who can refine, improve and develop the account.

This role is very well suited to an experienced Senior Account Manager keen to take on more responsibility and head towards an Account Director level position in the near future. The ability to mentor more junior staff and be part of the ambition and growth of the company is vital.

The role requires someone with strong account handling experience within an agency environment as well experience of digital marketing a various levels. You will need to be strategic, great at developing client relations and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • • Being first point of contact for clients on a day to day basis.
  • • Devising and implementing strategy and planning
  • • Building and developing upon existing client relations
  • • Strategic input with client across various project types
  • • Understanding clients' business aims
  • • Budgeting, scheduling and resourcing
  • • Being a core part of a variety of client / stakeholder meetings

Requirements include:

  • • 3 years agency experience +
  • • Digital experience vital
  • • Multi-channel marketing / comms experience
  • • Varied client experience is a big bonus
  • • Track record building strong client relations and developing accounts
