JOB TITLE: Nursing Home Manager
SALARY & BENEFITS: Circa GBP46,000 per annum + dependent on experience
WORKING HOURS: 40 Hours per week
THE COMPANY: Our client are a family-owned nursing home who offer high clinical nursing care. They have approximately 40 beds with some residential patients. An opportunity has arisen for a Nursing Home Manager to join their friendly, busy team.
THE ROLE: Our client is seeking a Nursing Home Manager with sound management experience, a working knowledge of the Health & Social Care Act and who is fully conversant with the CQC Fundamental Standards of Quality and Safety. The Home requires a Manager who is a registered Nurse with evidence of excellent leadership skills.

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate must have managing experience in either a Nursing Home / Care Home Management, or Deputy Management capacity, as well as being a Registered Nurse.
In addition to this candidates must have a working knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act and be fully conversant with the CQC Fundamental Standards of Quality and Safety.
