This 55/45 split food/wet business is very popular with locals and visitors alike. From fresh carveries to a full range of pizza. Who are we looking for? - A Kitchen Manager who can be responsible for the while operation of the kitchen - Management of volumes in the region of 26k per week 55/45 split Food/Wet - Overseeing food ordering, delivery, staffing, stock rotation and stock taking of all food - A Kitchen Manager that can prepare and deliver the quality pub food which is traditionally sought after at this venue - A leader who can balance hitting financial and management targets whilst confirming to health and hygiene regulations. - The ideal candidate will have a mixture of branded and independent experience, with a proven track record as Kitchen Manager - A knowledgeable Kitchen Manager who can train and develop their team to deliver standards that can lead to attractive rewards - Do you hold a level 2 food safety award or higher?
