They’re the largest supplier of desirable, value for money showers and taps in Great Britain and are searching for someone passionate to join them as a Business Development Manager.
They are looking for someone who has experience selling into independent showroom (bathroom or kitchen) and merchant (national and independent) customers.
The company is looking for someone to work in partnership with their national, independent, and showroom customers by building great relationships and developing joint business plans that lead to sales growth.
You will have excellent communication skills along with proven experience of flourishing in a fast paced, target driven sales role. An important part of the role will be maintaining their CRM system ‘Salesforce’ by updating customer data and completing call reports.
The main requirement is the proven ability to build, maintain, and revive relationships with customers and clients. You’ll need to be friendly, organised, and professional and be able to regularly absorb technical knowledge on all of the company’s products.
With a clean driving license, you will ideally be located in the East Midlands where you will cover Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, and South Yorkshire. Flexibility in your role to meet the needs of the customer will be key as you may be required to work outside of your normal working hours or stay overnight.
