JOB TITLE: Pharmacy Dispenser

WORKING HOURS: Full time & Part time hours available
THE COMPANY: We are working on behalf of a long established GP surgery base in Aylesbury. They are committed to delivering the highest level of care and outstanding customer service to all of their patients. We are now looking for a Pharmacy Dispenser to join their professional and friendly team.
THE ROLE: This is an exciting opportunity to work for a company who champions employee development. As a Pharmacy Dispenser you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst ensuring the safe dispensary of your patients medication. We are looking for Pharmacy Dispenser for one full time position and one part time role.
Key Responsibilities to include:-
Dispensing medication to patients
Meeting patient requirements
Working as part of a team to maximize efficacy
Tailoring conversations with every customer to ensure their requirements are fulfilled
Complying with legal and professional guidelines
Delivering efficient dispensary operations and ensuring dispensing losses are minimised
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for this Pharmacy Dispenser position will already have experience within a similar position. To be fully qualified or working towards attaining NVQ Level 2 or Buttercup qualification. Additional shifts may become available to cover colleagues annual leave.

Ideal experience for the role:
Previous experience within a Pharmacy Dispenser role
Although not essential, ideally to hold an NVQ Level 2 or Buttercup qualification
EMIS web experience
An ability to work within a team
Patient facing experience
