JOB TITLE: Agricultural Sales Representative
SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive plus commission and company vehicle
WORKING HOURS: Full Time
THE COMPANY: Our client provide Mineral Supplements to the Farming, Livestock an Agricultural industry, and whose mission is to help farmers convert healthy livestock into healthy profits.
From their base in Winsford, Cheshire, they sell directly to farmers through their sales and advice network. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Agricultural Sales Representative with Agricultural & Livestock knowledge to cover the Northumberland area.
THE ROLE: As a Agricultural Sales Representative you will be field based in Northumberland and will be responsible for an existing database of clients where you will be responsible for advising and selling mineral supplements directly to Farmers. You will be field based and will also identify any new potential sales as well as maximising existing sales accounts. You will maintain existing good relations with current clients and offer knowledgeable, sound advice where needed.
Key Responsibilities for the Agricultural Sales Representative role in Northumberland include:
- Offer advice and maximise mineral supplement sales to existing customer's in the Northumberland area
- Discover and identify new potential customer's for sales
- Offer knowledgeable advice and information on supplements depending on customer's needs
- Maintain and grow existing and new customer accounts through building excellent an excellent working relationship
THE CANDIDATE: For the Agricultural Sales Representative it is essential you have previous experience working in, or a good knowledge of Ruminant Livestock. You should be organised and self motivated with a strong work ethic. You must have a Driving Licence and be local to the Northumberland area. Previous sales experience not essential.
Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the Agricultural Sales Representative role in Northumberland :-
- Previous experience working in, or a good knowledge of the Ruminant Livestock and the Agriculture industry is essential
- Must be organised and self motivated with a strong work ethic
- Driving Licence is essential
