The Company:
Our client is a vibrant international company within the sports industry based in South Manchester.

Main duties:
To be the main point of contact for English and German speaking customers
To maintain and develop a strong relationship with clients

The Role:
-Responding quickly to all customer queries and identifying suitable solutions
-Maintaining strong relationships with customers and third parties
-Providing customers with detailed information about services & products  
-Processing and updating customer information on the company's IT system   
-Coordinating with various departments within the company
-Dealing with credit control & general administrative duties
-Translating relevant documents
-Handling customer complaints politely and efficiently  

The Candidate:
-Fluent English (both written and spoken)
-Must be Fluent in German
-Having an interest in events/sports would be an advantage
-Previous experience within Customer Services desirable
-High level of commercial awareness
-Computer literate  
-Strong administrative skills
-Excellent communication skills
-A dynamic personality and a team player
-A natural problem solver

Salary: £18K p.a. + benefits (25 days holidays, Pension scheme, Life Insurance) - Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm including 1hour lunch break.
