Our client, an award winning restaurant, is currently recruiting for a full-time Chef de Partie to join their team.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to work within a young and vibrant team.

Key responsibilities will include:

Preparing, cooking and presenting exciting dishes
Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
The successful applicant will need the following key skills;
Great cooking skills
A cool head
An ability to delegate appropriately
Organisational flair
A grasp of profit margins

In return, the successful applicant will receive;

A competitive salary based on skill and experience (circa ??17,000/??18,000 pa)
A working week of 50 hours spread five days over seven with two full days/nights off
A friendly and professional working environment
Meals whilst on duty
Live in accommodation is available if required
