This is a new role due to the expansion of our online Sales and Marketing Team. The aim of this role is to deliver the e-commerce on-site content and optimization strategy, social media and online marketing plan.
You will work alongside our existing Marketing Manager and be targeted with growing our revenue via the various online channels including Ebay, Amazon and Panelwarehouse.com.
We are a manufacturer of Display Boards and Office Screens and a distributor of Educational Furniture. Panelwarehouse.com has been established for over 15 years and we strive hard to ensure our customers have an excellent experience with us from first landing on our website to receiving their order.
We are based a few minutes from Junction 11 off the M60 and our Offices, Showroom and Manufacturing unit are based on a single site. We are a nationwide company and supply to a vast market sector however we do specialise in suppling to the Education Sector.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain products and grow sales via Amazon and EBay Channels
- Analyse, segment and maintain customer database
- Use analytics and research to plan and deliver insights on website usage, customer journey and purchase path to improve site performance and conversion
- Implement and develop our UK social media content plan across key social channels like Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and Pinterest
- Work with internal Merchandising and Marketing teams to deliver engaging website content to support the wide multi-channel marketing plan, covering all key customer facing touch points such as the website homepage, category pages, collections and features, blogs and e-catalogue
Additional Responsibilities

- Assist with the management of PPC campaigns and work with outside agencies/partners
Key Skills
- Knowledge of selling on Amazon and Ebay for business
- Needs to be able show initiative and take responsibilities for projects
- Excellent English written and verbal skills
- Social media skills (including Facebook and Twitter) for business
- Analytical Skills
- IT Skills Adobe Photoshop, HTML, Microsoft Office (especially excel and word)
- Strong communication skills and well organised
The Candidate
- Previous experience of working in a website content and optimisation role
- A genuine passion in learning and developing online marketing skills and enthusiasm to excel in your role
- Strong interpersonal skills, as you will need to build relationships with the Sales, Merchandising and Marketing teams
- A drive to succeed in a sales environment work well as part of a team but also be a self-motivator
- Ideally you will have a Marketing/Ecommerce Degree but not essential.

- The role is full time Monday-Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
