Energetic & enthusiastic Team Leader with "hands on "approach and a "can do attitude" is required to join a leading Vehicle Contract Hire & Leasing Broker, established in 1998. Specialising in, & offering business & private individuals Contract Hire & Leasing finance solutions for their vehicle requirements.

Would best suit individual from the motor industry, ideally from a contract hire and leasing background or car dealership or with finance/insurance broker experience. This role is both Admin and Customer Service based, and in a busy "Call Centre" style environment.

The successful candidate will oversee the Administration/Customer Services Team, ensuring timely, efficient and accurate administrative support is provided together with a first class Customer Service Experience.

Must be able to demonstrate high level of Commitment, Reliability & Flexibility as well as being able to work well, at speed and multi-task under pressure and have experience of handling high volumes of calls in a busy environment.

Knowledge of FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) procedures would be an advantage.

The role requires regular liaison with Managers and Directors together with providing assistance to the Branch Manager as and when required with staff wage amendments, staff holiday management , absenteeism control, FCA related duties and other general tasks.

- Ideally 1 years + experience within a similar role
- Previous experience as Team Leader & supporting team members
- Effective organisational & planning skills
- Able to quickly build rapport & good working relationships with clients, suppliers & fellow team members
- Experienced using Microsoft Word and Excel with excellent keyboard skills (speed & accuracy)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & multi-tasking skills .

Qualifications: Minimum GCSE/A*-C in Maths & English or equivalent.
