Salary: £20,638 - £22,446 per annum
Hours of Work: Full Time - 37 Hours per week

Our client a fantastic college in Fareham is seeking an Employer Services Co-ordinator to manage a caseload of Apprenticeships and Employer accounts. This position will ensure outstanding customer service to all customers for the department (including internal and external, colleagues, students, apprentices and employers). Allowing the department to achieve a minimum of 95% satisfaction rates from all partners in satisfaction surveys.
Responsible for a small caseload of established accounts you will:
- Co-ordinate a co-hort of College students on employer based training (e.g. Apprenticeships/Traineeships)
- Co-ordinate on and off the job training and learner achievement/progression.
- Liaise with cross college curriculum areas to ensure that students are progressing
- Ensure employers remain well informed and up to date with learner progress
- Work with employers to co-ordinate the delivery of a range of full cost courses
The ideal candidate for this post will have exceptional customer service and experience of apprenticeships and other similar Government initiatives. You must be qualified to level 3 and have at least level 2 qualifications in literacy and numeracy (or equivalent). You will be self-motivated, adaptable and will uphold our Core Values, to Respect, Innovate and Excel.
