This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager, responsible for the development, performance and growth of the company’s sales teams across two office locations. 

Reporting directly to the board, and with a large degree of autonomy, the successful candidate will enjoy an uncapped high return, and will have the desire to join a forward thinking, results-driven, and award winning Solutions Provider working within a fast paced IT Sales environment.

IT Sales Manager The Role & Responsibilities:

This is a varied role split between both office locations (London, City, & Horley, Surrey) with direct responsibility for all members of the sales team. You will be responsible for creating a productive, dynamic and fast-paced environment and will need to implement a dynamic ‘hunter-style’ approach across the team. Utilising your management skill set you be mentoring, driving and assisting their efforts to winning new business via e-marketing campaigns, web site visits, account mapping, white space development, lead development, cold calling and face-to-face relationship building.

IT Sales Manager Requirements:

> A minimum of 3 years of experience within a sales management role, not specifically an IT sales environment
> Experience with Enterprise, Government/ Public Sector Organisations, & SMEs, dealing at C level. 
> Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. 
> Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams. 
> Excellent sales and negotiation skills. 
> Good business sense. 
> Demonstrable sales and target attainment history across previous teams. 
> The ability to motivate and lead a team. 
> Initiative, drive and enthusiasm. 
> Excellent communication skills. 
> Good planning and organisational skills 
> The ability to work calmly under pressure
