Job Title: E-Services Executive

Location: Braintree, Essex, CM7

Salary: Up to £18,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to develop new business to meet or exceeds financial growth targets whilst maintaining customer satisfaction levels.
  • To engage to articulate service offerings in a professional and competent manner to win business and develop converted customers by offering new services either in the UK or globally.
  • Additionally you will be required to tend the day-to-day development and coordination of accounts within a specialist area, including attending client operational review meetings and providing analysis/reporting of volumes, costs/revenues and SLA's.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Negotiate and close deals with a degree of complexity to maximise profitability in both contracted services and projects
  • Ensure profitability of customers within Eservices sector P&L
  • Proactively builds customer contacts and rapport across a number of customers and channel partners
  • Engage with appropriate resources and management to ensure solution meets customer needs
  • Identify customer queries within the sales process and resolve to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Assess situations, issues and opportunities and escalate when appropriate
  • Ensure monthly invoicing is correct relative to contract documentation and is issued in a timely manner. Resolve or escalate any queries arising from invoice discrepancies

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience working in sales, customer service, and client facing roles. Minimum 6 months of successful / revenue generating B2B sales experience
  • Ability to manage customer expectations
  • Ability to build effective and constructive senior relationships across a number of customers and opportunities at all levels, and managing customer expectations
  • Experience in operating and maintaining a CRM system, and additionally managing and developing a sales pipeline
  • Numerate with professional knowledge of Microsoft software especially in excel
  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure best practice and continual improvement in delivery of service to the business
  • Establishes productive relationships and networks at an operational level to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Responsible for the adoption of RDC best practice and service offerings to ensure consistency of service
  • Proven ability to generate new sales leads
