Position: Head of Supply Chain
Location: London
Salary: £70000 - £80000 per annum

The client is a luxury FMCG brand who is currently seeking to recruit an ambitious Head of Supply Chain due to huge growth and expansion plans.The successful applicant will be a hands-on individual, who demonstrates initiative and has a positive "can-do" attitude to join their team. Main duties will involve::
* Management of a team of 5 across the end-to-end Supply Chain.
* Responsible for demand and supply planning, procurement of raw materials and packaging, 3PL management, and contract manufacturing.
* Maintain inventory levels of finished goods, packaging and raw materials
* Manage cross functional relationships with Sales, Customer Service, Finance and external suppliers and partners.
* Process efficiencies across the Supply chain including cost reduction and continuous improvement.
Qualifications required:
* Degree Educated or equivalent
* A least 5 years' Supply Chain management experience of working within an international production /operations role within the FMCG industry work and building relationships.
* Demand planning and production planning experience
* Highly computer literate - advanced excel
* Experience of an ERP implementation/upgrade
* Excellent communication and influencing to develop strong relationships internally and externally
Abilities for this role:
* The right candidate must be an active problem solver, analytical, results driven, energetic and flexible.
* You must have strong ethics and integrity, and a passion for the luxury goods industry.
* You will be working in a vibrant and pressurized environment, so adaptability is key whilst remaining polite and super-efficient in manner.
* Able to prioritise and allocate time effectively
* Strong team player
* Highly organised and motivated
* Line management experience of direct teams and external partners.
