Our client is one of the UK’s largest colleges employing more than 1450 staff in over five campuses, all conveniently located in North East Wales, offering easy accessibility from within North Wales, Shropshire, Wirral, Merseyside and Cheshire.

As an Instructor / Demonstrator, you will deliver scheduled practical sessions on Plumbing direct to groups of students in a workshop environment.

Preparing a schedule of activities from information received from Lecturers, you will assist in monitoring overall progress of each student; assessing competence and progress in practical activities, attendance, punctuality and discipline, initiating action as required.

A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you will possess a Level 3 qualification in Plumbing and have recent industrial experience. Open and responsive to the needs of others, you will be able to establish working relationships and display energy and enthusiasm in the learning environment.

Those who have experience of delivering practical training would be advantageous as who those who can demonstrate knowledge of the importance of quality standards within a learning environment.

The ability to speak fluent Welsh is desirable.

A DBS Disclosure will be requested from the successful applicant being offered the position.
