SEC takes a lead role in developing partnerships, procuring solutions and supporting Members. SEC are looking for a talented procurement professional to play a key part in our busy team. We require a self-motivated colleague with a minimum of 2 years procurement experience. OJEU experience is desirable but not essential. Reporting to the Procurement Manager you'll: • Carry out mini tenders and direct awards on behalf of framework users • Engage with SEC Members to understand and administer their procurement needs • Support Procurement Manager with framework tendering and administration • Support customers with bespoke procurement activities • Constantly review our internal processes and procedures • Be providing an exceptional customer experience for every transaction. You'll: • Be analytical • Be an excellent communicator with strong people skills • Have an understanding of the social housing sector • Be able to work as part of a team • Have a good knowledge of Excel and Word.
