Working for a digital and offline marketing agency based near Colchester the SEO Manager will ensure that all SEO work is completed efficiently. You will analyse current trends and current/potential work to understand any new opportunities for the company.

Duties:
*Set the strategy, manage the delivery and manage the planning and scheduling of all SEO work for clients.
*Attend SEO client meetings.
*Managing the team on a daily basis, including holiday, performance and conduct appraisals.
*Report to the Digital Account Director.
*Create and maintain effective monthly reports using Google Analytics and other platforms.
*Creation of monthly content for SEO purposes.
*Support the new business team and the social media team as required
*Maintain a good knowledge of trends and updates within SEO and social media.

Experience Required:
*Experience of managing SEO accounts with extensive knowledge of SEO.
*Experience of managing a small team.
*Project management experience.
*Good communication and interpersonal skills.
*Understands the latest trends in SEO and social media.
*Understand social media platforms.
*Must be highly motivated with exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications:
*GCSE's/A-Level qualified.
*Relevant SEO related qualification.
