House Head 

Grade 7  - £27,776 - £33,511 pa

37 hours per week - Term time only plus 20 days

Monday to Thursday 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Friday 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

We are seeking to appoint a House Head to work at Sidney Stringer Academy.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a strong and effective team of pastoral leaders and to work closely with our teaching staff to ensure that our provsion is outstanding.

Pastoral care is a strength of the Academy and we pride ourselves on the support we are able to offer. You will lead a large team of tutors and co- tutors and be supported by  an Assistant Principal who is responsible for your House and by the Assistant Principal  Pastoral and Behaviour lead.

This is a demanding role and the successful candidate will need to have experience of working with children and the ability to support our high expectations by working closely with teaching staff and parents.
