STUDENT SUPPORT MANAGER
£19,413 - £21,297 pro rata
(37 hours per week, term-time plus Insets, plus 1 week)
To manage all aspects of support and guidance for allocated community group to ensure that the students' journey at Hillview School is both productive academically and enriching individually.
Responsibilities will vary but will include supporting students to ensure they are:
- Able to enjoy their learning and achieve their full potential;
- Make a positive contribution to their school community;
- Reward positive behaviour and sanction negative behaviour in a positive, firm manner.
Ideally, you will have experience of working with young people. However, training will be provided.
