Finance Assistant
£22,472 per annum
£20,518 during probationary period
Based in Chelmsford, we are a leading provider of quality and affordable housing across Essex.
Working in a small team, you will be responsible for implementing daily cashiering, banking and financial accounting, together with purchase ledger and sales ledger.
Educated to GCSE level, or equivalent, you will be competent in financial processing, including sales/purchase ledger, and have a good working knowledge of IT.
In addition, you will have a flexible approach and be able to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy.
Use of a car for work purposes is essential and knowledge of Sun Accounts would be advantageous.
The salary difference during probation will accrue and a backdated payment made on successful completion of the probationary period.
