We are opening our beautiful, contemporary new venue in Chelmsford and need a brilliant Assistant Manager to join the team!
The role
As an Assistant Manager with Walkabout some of your key tasks will be:
- Assisting the Venue Manager in the delivery of the brand standards
- Delivering team meetings
- Managing the team on a day to day basis
- Conducting reviews with the team ensuring continuing development
- Aiding the Venue Manager in controllable areas of the business to achieve profit
- Assisting the Venue Manager in delivering the Venue business plan
- Thinking of new and innovative ways to drive additional revenue at the Venue
- Supporting in delivering the values of Fun, Diversity and Citizenship within all you do
- Attending team meetings when required
- Attending team training sessions when required
